The Best Grain Mills That money can buy

Cooking oatmeal cookies is our family tradition. Every time there is a festive occasion or gathering, we always made sure that homemade oatmeal cookies were served on the table. The Family recipe for oatmeal cookies have been with us for 50 years and throughout the years it has never failed to satisfy our taste buds.  This is why I always have grain mills in my kitchen so that I can bake these cookies any time I want. I have been fortunate enough to furnish a collection from grain mills I have used throughout the years.

So far, the best one which I have is a stone grain mill. It is strong enough to grind dry grain to the perfect size. It can grind wheat, oats, barley and rye. One winning factor why I prefer a stone one is because it is easy to use. I just have to rotate the handle and the grains come out perfectly.  Some of these can even grind as much as 50 grams per minute. Stone is easy to clean up. I just have to wipe this and it will be clean. Talk about efficiency in the kitchen. Baking oatmeal cookies have never been this easy for me! I get to make my cookies perfectly. Now, it is time to pass on this tradition to my children.
